Service and users

Bebelu offers parents AI photo concepts, on-device tracking and ambient sounds. Upload only photos you are authorised to use and share. For children, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required. Generating content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading to others is prohibited.

AI outputs

The facial likeness, detail, resolution and accuracy of results are not guaranteed. The Our Baby and Ultrasound tools produce images for entertainment purposes only; they do not make genetic or medical predictions. The Sticker feature produces a single image composed of 12 expressions; it is not a separate WhatsApp sticker pack. Sample concepts are not before/after evidence from real users.

Credits and subscription

The cost of each generation is shown before it starts; regenerating is a new paid operation. The first free allowance is consumed only by a successfully completed generation. For failed server jobs, the reserved charge is refunded; open the app within 24 hours to download a completed result to your device. If the same job ID is submitted again, you are not charged a second time.

Pro is an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account. The price and period are retrieved from Apple and shown on the purchase screen. Unless cancelled, it renews at the end of the period; price changes are subject to Apple's rules. It is managed under Apple account > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect after the current period.

250 credits are granted for each week of an active Pro subscription period. Unused credits carry over and are not deleted when the subscription ends. Purchased credit packs are consumable products; they do not grant Pro access. Moving your balance to another device requires the wallet recovery code. Apple's restore purchases process verifies subscriptions; it does not replace the recovery code for consumable credits from completed transactions. Credits granted by refunded purchases may be revoked; if they have already been spent, your balance may go negative and new paid generations are paused until a sufficient balance is available.

Offer screen

Non-Pro users are shown a 60-second monthly offer screen on each new launch of the app. The countdown applies to the offer screen in that session; no claim is made that the same product or price will not be offered in the future. The countdown pauses while you make a purchase or read the terms. The price shown is only the actual product price in the store; no unverified discount comparisons are made.

Tracking and assistant

Measurements are for personal record-keeping; charts are not percentile, diagnostic or treatment assessments. The assistant offers everyday ideas and can be wrong. For health questions consult a physician; in an emergency call emergency services (in Türkiye, 112). Start sounds at a low volume; the app does not measure the device's physical sound level.

Support and refunds

For technical issues, write to fethiyewebtasarimi@gmail.com. Refund requests for purchases are submitted through Apple. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The app does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
